BRAZE FORGE 2025

I joined MAS for their third go at Braze Forge, an annual customer conference where marketers and their tech partners come together to learn about the Braze product and network. The three day, 1200 attendee conference hosted guests across 23 spaces, featured over 100 speakers — including headliners Issa Rae, Christina Tosi, and Jim Gaffigan — over 50 sponsors, three evening parties, an awards ceremony, and a custom arcade and suite of interactive demos.

The Braze brand is vibrant and playful, so we were invited to have some fun with this and lean into the Vegas desert landscape. I was responsible for the successful delivery of all conference spatial design elements (the daytime portion of the event). I led the team in all spatial planning considerations and guest flow, main stage designs, the main hub and hospitality space (including photo moments, a custom arcade, a cafe, merch stations, and several lounges), as well registration and welcome moments. I collaborated with the graphics AD on approaches to all environmental applications. I communicated the designs with our client and our fabrication partner and managed the successful installation on site.
